DH-S® Recycled Titanium Powder: Selection and Evaluation

DH-S® is KYHE’s proprietary recycled titanium alloy powder. The material offering centers on Ti64 powder, together with compatible binder and feedstock systems for manufacturing applications.
Start with the powder specification
The Ti64 material data covers 0–20 μm and 15–53 μm nominal particle-size specifications. Particle distribution, chemical composition, flow and density should be reviewed together rather than using the nominal size alone.
Connect powder data to processing
The mechanical properties of a finished specimen depend on its manufacturing route. MIM trials include the binder, molding, debinding and sintering steps. Additive-manufacturing trials must be defined for the selected printing process.
