Titanium MIM Feedstock

KYHE titanium MIM feedstock combines DH-S powder with a matched polymer binder. Mixing and pelletization produce an intermediate material for injection molding, followed by debinding and sintering.

The powder, binder and process are considered together to manage mold filling, shrinkage and final-part consistency. Application areas include consumer-electronics structures, wearables and lightweight mechanical components, subject to project evaluation.

Share your molding equipment, debinding route and component requirements so we can discuss a suitable feedstock and validation plan.
