Polymer Binder

KYHE’s polymer binder is developed to work with DH-S titanium alloy powder in metal injection molding. It connects powder handling and mold filling with subsequent debinding and sintering.

The formulation focuses on limiting residual carbon, supporting flow into detailed geometries and matching solvent and thermal debinding routes. Binder selection must be considered alongside powder morphology, particle-size distribution and equipment conditions.

Discuss your powder, component geometry and debinding process with the team before selecting a binder system.
